Puzzle Paul's QVC Christmas

Paul Metcalfe (Puzzle Paul) would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the amazing presenters and behind the scenes crew he has worked with during his short time at Avago.

Paul tells QuizTelly.com he is taking a break from quiz and interactive tv to join the Christmas team at QVC, watch out for him popping up during their countdown to christmas as one of the new guest Presenters.

Paul was spotted by QVC whilst working in Hamleys a famous Toy Shop in London as a top demonstrator. " I sent my Showreel to them, screen tested and got the job" Paul sees this as an exciting new direction in his presenting career.

Puzzle Paul will be retuning to quiz television in the future " I would miss it too much, they don't call me Puzzle Paul for nothing".


Puzzle Paul on Avago

Look who popped up on Avago last weekend Its Puzzle Paul or should we say Paul Metcalfe. It didn't take long for Cash House's Puzzle Paul to be snapped up as he joined the Avago team. Paul is no stranger to Bingo as he used to host it on cruise ships and in Spain in his former career as a Holiday Entertainer for Butlins and Thomson Holidays.

"My first show was with Freya Berry who was really nice and great fun to work with. Avago is a great new challenge useing the skills i've already learnt in quiz T.V. and developing brand new ones. I am really enjoying being part of the Avago experience so Press red and get involved

Goodbye from Cash House

Paul Metcalfe, also known as Puzzle Paul has contacted QuizTelly.com to pass on his thanks to the viewers of the now closed Cash House.

"As i'm sure as you know by know after 2 great years the Cash House has come to an end. I and all the team would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the fans and thank you for your letters and texts wishing us all good luck for the future. I've only been with the channel a couple of months but i have had a great time and made lots of amazing friends. We hope to see you all very soon. Watch this Space!"

Puzzle Paul is back!

Puzzle Paul has returned to the world of Quiz Telly and can be seen on Cash House three days a week.

Speaking with QuizTelly.com Paul said: "During my break from quiz television I have been working on a a couple of adverts and a new BBC Drama call Zeebrugge which should be on your screens later this year. I have lots of other stuff coming up in the future and QuizTelly.com will always be first to know. But for now i am having a ball working with a great team, having alot of fun giving away loads of cash and making lots of new friends."


Puzzle Paul's Live Panto Challenge

Well here we are in 2006 - the start of an exciting new year in the world of Quiz Telly. So did you spot Yoo Play Presenter Puzzle Paul popping up in the Live Panto challenge on Des and Mel live on Boxing day?

Since Yoo Play took a break Puzzle Paul has been busy acting on various tv shows, he recently played a barman in the Bill and is popping up in lots of new shows in 2006. Although Puzzle Paul loves acting he is looking forward to returning to Quiz Telly soon so keep checking back here for all the latest news.


Puzzle Paul - I don't believe it!

Puzzle Paul proved his Yoo Play team wrong who are always winding him up about his bad impressions.

When Richard and Judy where looking for the best Victor Meldrew impression Paul took on the challenge and was chosen by Richard Wilson as the best. What he didn't know was the winner got a pie in the face.

Incase you missed it first time round you can catch it on the repeat on more4 this afternoon from 12:20.

"Maybe now my Producer will stop winding me up" said Paul. Some how I doubt it.
